Are you ready to buy a new home?  It is so much fun to house hunt.  You look at many different houses comparing kitchens, bathrooms, sizes of bedrooms and backyards.  You can walk into a house and picture where you will put your furniture and how it will look.  It is fun to imagine what color you will paint the walls and where the kids playset will go in the backyard.  The whole house starts coming together in your mind.  BUT can you make that leap?  Have you talked to a lender?  Did you get pre-approved?  This is something that is very important to do before you even start looking.  This will help you determine how much you can afford to spend on a home.  Also, if you want a great Realtor then they will require you be pre-approved with a lender or they will assist you in finding a lender to get pre-approved before you go out looking at homes.  Do your homework and make sure all your ducks are in a row before you go out and start dreaming about that beautiful home in the perfect neighborhood!  Confirm that now is the time to make that dream come true!
